Today was a great day on site with a client white boarding the workflow of their sales funnel and how it will translate into their new CRM system from Method:CRM, an integrated CRM for QuickBooks. One of the most exciting parts of this work is the back and forth dialogue with the client that leads to a physical diagram of how they conduct business. Once done it’s usually an eye opener for them to see that there are so many tasks they complete and that most of those tasks are only completed if they remember. CRM removes the need for remembering and turns it into a standardized, measurable, and repeatable process. We’re human and we forget but when we leverage tools like CRM we increase our sales productivity which gives us more time to focus on growing our business. Best of all, we don’t have to try and remember so much!
