Phase 1 — The Assessment
The Assessment is a standalone, fixed-scope / fixed-price engagement. It’s the foundation for everything that follows — and delivers tangible value on its own, independent of whether Phase 2 proceeds. At the conclusion of Phase 1, you have a complete picture of what the solution requires and exactly what it will take to build it. Phase 1 deliverables include:

Phase 2 — Build & Implementation
Phase 2 is where the designed solution is engineered, integrated, tested, and launched. Because the core architecture and requirements are fully defined coming out of Phase 1, Phase 2 is executed with clarity and confidence. Many clients move directly from Phase 1 to Phase 2. Others use the Assessment to plan and budget for the build on a schedule that fits their priorities.
4. Development
Our team builds automations, integrations, and custom solutions using the right mix of platforms and code. We follow proven engineering practices to ensure everything is scalable, maintainable, and secure.
