2. Automated Audio Retrieval

New dictation emails in Gmail automatically trigger the workflow; attachments are extracted and stored in Google Drive.

3. AI Transcription via Otter.ai

Audio files are sent to Otter.ai for high-accuracy automated transcription.

4. AI Formatting & Refinement with Google Gemini

Raw transcripts are cleaned, structured, and formatted using Gemini to ensure clarity and consistency.

5. Auto-Upload to MyCase

Finalized documents are automatically uploaded to MyCase and attached to the patient’s case.

6. Confirmation & Monitoring

Staff receive automated confirmation emails, and error handling logic ensures no file is ever lost or stuck mid-process.
